Nepal Bangladesh Capital has published a notice regarding its first AGM. The AGM will be held on Kartik 29, 2076 at its Head Office, Kamaladi Kathmandu from 2 PM onwards.
The 23rd Board Meeting of the Capital held on Kartik 03, 2076 has decided on following agendas to be discussed in the AGM:
Approval of the Annual Reports for year 2074/75 and 2075/76 to be presented by the BOD.
Approval of financial statements for the years 2074/75 and 2075/76.
Appointment of auditor and fixation of remuneration for the same.
