Nabil Mutual Funds Declare Cash Dividends: 3.5% for NBF2 and 2.5% for NBF3; When Is the Book Closure Date?

Nabil Balanced Fund - 2 (NBF2) and Nabil Balanced Fund III (NBF3) have declared their dividends for the fiscal year 2082/2083.
The 131st meeting of the board of directors of Nabil Investment Banking Limited held on Bhadra 18 has decided to distribute a 3.5% dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 3.92 Crore to Nabil Balanced Fund - 2 (NBF2) and an 2.5% cash dividend (including tax) worth 3.12 Crores to the unitholders of Nabil Balanced Fund III (NBF3) for the fiscal year 2082/83.
Nabil Balanced Fund-2 (NBF2) and Nabil Balanced Fund III (NBF3) are closed-end mutual funds with a 10-year maturity period. Both funds are sponsored by Nabil Bank Limited and managed by Nabil Investment Banking Limited.
For the month of Shrawan, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of NBF2 is reported at Rs. 10.30, compared to its previous closing at Rs. 9.80. Similarly, the NAV of NBF3 stands at Rs. 10.25.
The book closure date was 7th Ashwin. Thus, unit holders who maintained their units until the 6th Ashwin are entitled to the dividend payout.
