Muktinath Capital Holds 16th AGM, Declares 9% Cash Dividend

Muktinath Capital Limited conducted its 16th Annual General Meeting on 26th September 2025 at Aranya Boutique Hotel, Kathmandu, chaired by Chairman Samir Shekhar Bajracharya.
The AGM approved the audited financial statements for FY 2081/82, including balance sheet, profit & loss account, cash flow statement, and related schedules.
The meeting also declared a 9% cash dividend (including tax) for shareholders and appointed NBSM & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as auditors for FY 2082/83.
