Molung Hydropower Calls AGM With These Agendas

Molung Hydropower Company Limited (MHCL) has called its 16th AGM on 10th Ashwin, 2082. The meeting will be held in Bagh Bhairab Banquet, Kirtipur, Kathmandu, starting at 9:00 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2081/82.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
4) To discuss the salary, allowances, and other facilities of the board of directors.
5) To approve the appointment of the board of directors.
6) Misc.

Bhadra 31 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders who maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
