Modi Energy Promoter Announces Intention to Sell 472,220 Shares

Modi Energy Limited (MEL) has informed that its promoter shareholder, Advitya Agrawal, has expressed an intention to sell 472,220 shares held by him after 15 days.

According to the company, a letter from Agrawal stating his intention to sell the shares was received by the company at 4:00 PM on September 10, 2026 (Bhadra 25, 2083).

The company disclosed the information in accordance with the directive issued by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) through its letter dated Bhadra 9, 2083, reference number 499.

The proposed sale involves 472,220 shares currently held by Agrawal as a promoter shareholder of the company. The disclosure has been made to inform investors and other stakeholders about the intended transaction.
