Modi Energy Limited Calls SGM on Ashadh; Company to Issue 100% Right Shares

Modi Energy Limited (MEL) has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 19th Ashadh, 2082. The meeting will be held in Rani Mahal Banquet, Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 am that day.
These are the agendas of the SGM:
1) Discussion to increase the authorized and paid-up capital of the company from Rs. 2.90 Arba to Rs. 5.80 Arba.
2) Endorse 100% right shares from the current paid-up capital of Rs. 2.90 Arba.
3) To amend the Articles of Association after the issuance of 100% right shares.
4) Provide full authority to the BoDs to carry out the necessary work related to amendments as guided by the regulatory board.
5) To approve the appointment of the board of directors from the promoter shareholding group.
Ashadh 12 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to attend this meeting.
