Metro Development opens 6th branch in Talchowk

Metro Development Bank limited has opened its 6th branch in Talchowk- Lekhnath of Kaski district. The branch was formally inaugurated by the Paschimanhal Regional Administrative officer Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya.
Metro development bank aims to provide banking services in the rural places and develop economy sector in Lekhnath area. Talchowk branch will provide locker and atm facilities to the customer said the CEO of the bank Surya Prasad Tiwari.
The development bank’s head office is located at Newroad, Pokhara, its branches which are located in Besisahar- Lamjung, Ratnachowk- Pokhara, Bhorletar- Lamjung, Beni-Myagdi also provides banking services such as locker and atm service to the customer.
Metro Development Bank has listed its 16% bonus shares in NEPSE for trading from the profit it earned in 2070/71 fiscal year.
It has mobilized Rs 1 arba 91 crore in deposits and its loan and advances stood at Rs 1 arba 63 crore on. The bank reported an operating profit of Rs 5 crore 37 lakh.
