Manakamana Laghubitta hands over Rs 1.40 lakh to the husband of a deceased debtor in Kapilvastu; debtors to receive insurance coverage in association with National Life and Reliable Life Insurance

Manakamana Laghubitta has handed over the insurance claim amount of Rs 1.40 lakh to Mr. Bijay Kumar Barahi from Suddhodhan Gaupalika-6 of Kapilvastu.

The insurance amount of Rs 1 lakh and funeral coverage of Rs 40 K was handed over to Mr. Barahi following the death of his wife and microfinance’s member Late Narmati Barahi which was handed over by CEO Mr. Dev Singh Bista, as per the media statement.

The microfinance has so far provided Rs 62 lakh in insurance coverage and funeral coverage following the death of its 48 members, as per the media statement.

The microfinance currently has 18 branches under its network.
