Major Basic Shareholders of Kalinchowk Darshan Limited to Sell Shares Within Three Months

Two major shareholders of Kalinchowk Darshan Limited have formally notified the company of their intention to sell a portion of their holdings over the next three months.

Sujan Upreti plans to sell 94,500 shares, while Thaneshwar Basyal intends to sell 1,15,500 shares. Previously Guru Prasad Adhikari a basic share holder of the company plans to sell 601,230 units of his shares.

The SEBON policy states that if the basic Shareholders intend to sell share equivalent to 5% or more of their holdings of a listed company’s shares are required to inform the company about their intention to sell shares before carrying out the transaction (15 days prior).
