Laxmi Sunrise Bank Declares 5.26% Dividend For FY 2082/83

Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited (LSL) has proposed a 5.26% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The company's 331st meeting of the board held on October 28,2026, has proposed a 10.53% dividend from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 26.78 Arba. 5% bonus shares of 13,390,581.73 Units and a 0.26% cash dividend (towards tax on Bonus Shares) worth Rs. 69,631,025 have been proposed.
This decision is subject to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank, after which it will be endorsed at the AGM of the company.
