Kumari Capital Limited Calls 7th AGM on Bhadra 25 to Endorse 17% Cash Dividend

Kumari Capital Limited (KCL) has called its 7th AGM on 25th Bhadra, 2082. The meeting will be held in Kumari Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 5.00 pm that day.
Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend. The meeting of the board of directors has decided to distribute 17% in cash dividends, including tax amount. The cash dividend is worth Rs. 6.80 crores.
Other agendas include the approval of the financial highlights of FY 2081/82 and the appointment of the auditor for FY 2082/83.
