IPO Proposal of SY Panel Nepal Limited Approved by SEBON

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted the Initial Public Offering (IPO) proposal of SY Panel Nepal Limited. The approval was issued on 17th Bhadra, 2082.

According to the approved proposal, the company will issue a total of 5,232,548 shares to the general public, which accounts for 40% of its total issued capital. The shares will be offered at a par value of Rs. 100 per unit.

Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed the issue manager for the public offering.

ICRA Nepal has reaffirmed SY Panel Nepal Limited’s (SYPNL) issuer rating at [ICRANP-IR] BB (pronounced ICRA NP Issuer Rating Double B), reflecting a moderate risk of default in meeting timely financial obligations.
