Nepal Warehouse Company has appointed Himalayan Capital Limited as issue manager for the issuance of its ordinary shares to the general public.
The MoU was signed between the CEO of the Himalayan Capital Mr. Parmeshwar Pant and CEO of Nepal Warehouse Company Mr. Jay Mukunda Khanal amid a program, as per the media statement.
