Himalayan Laghubitta Proposes 5% Dividend for FY 2082/83; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Himalayan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (HLBSL) has proposed a 5% dividend worth Rs.1.70 crore for the fiscal year 2082/83.
At its 262nd board meeting held on Kartik 13, the board decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 34.10 crore. The board proposed 4.75% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.62 crore and a 0.25% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 8.52 lakhs.
The dividend will be distributed after approval by the Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
