Himalayan Hydropower Calls AGM on Ashwin 24 With An Agenda to Issue 100% Right Shares

Himalayan Hydropower Limited (HHL) has called its 18th AGM on 24th Ashwin, 2082. The meeting will be held in the Waterfront Resort, Lakeside Pokhara, starting at 11 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of the annual report of the company
2) Endorse the auditor's report of 2081/082 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2082/83.
4) To issue right shares on the ratio of 1: 1.
5) To empower the board of directors to amend the company's articles of association and bylaws, along with approving proposals for rights shares from regulatory bodies.
6) Misc.
The book closure date is announced on Ashwin 12. Investors who maintained before that day are eligible to attend the AGM.
