Himalayan Bullion Company Limited has called its 1st AGM on 10th Falgun, 2082. The meeting will be held in the Company register office, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of the annual report of the company
2) Endorse the auditor's report of 2081/082 with P&L statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration.
4) To issue the ordinary shares of the company.
5) To discuss the appointment of new directors.
6) Miscellaneous.
