Global IME Capital Limited Allotted "Global IME Samunnat Yojana -II" to The Applicants on 2nd Shrawan

The public issue of "Global IME Samunnat Yojana -II" has been allotted to applicants on 2nd Shrawan, 2082. The issue had opened on 22nd Ashadh, 2082, and closed on 25th Ashadh, 2082, at the end of banking hours.
"Global IME Samunnat Yojana -II" is a closed-end fund, meaning it can be traded in NEPSE. Out of 12 crore unit shares, 1.5%, i.e., 18 lakh units worth Rs. 1.80 crore, were allocated to the scheme manager, Global IME Bank Limited, and 13.50%, i.e., 1,62,00,000 units worth Rs. 16.20 crores, were allocated to the fund sponsor, Global IME Capital Limited.
