Global IME Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of Global IME Balance Fund I

Global IME Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its closed-end mutual fund scheme. 27th Bhadra is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained till the 26th Bhadra are entitled to the dividend payout.
The 194th meeting of the board of directors of Global IME Capital Limited held on Bhadra 9 has decided to distribute a 12% cash dividend worth Rs. 12.3 Crores to the unit holders of Global IME Balance Fund I (GIBF1) for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Global IME Balance Fund I (GIBF1), is a closed-end fund with a maturity period of 10 years. It has a fund size of Rs. 1.02 Arba. The fund has an LTP of Rs. 11.12 .
