Global IME Bank Calls AGM On 16th Ashwin; To Endorse 10% Dividend

Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) has called its 20th AGM on 16th Ashwin, 2083. The meeting will be held at Nepal Police Club, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu, starting at 9 a.m. that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83. The 473rd meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 17 has decided to distribute 4% bonus shares and 6% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 38.11 arba.
The agenda also includes endorsing the auditor's report, PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for FY 2082/83; appointing an auditor for FY 2083/84; and appointing an independent director.
Ashwin 05 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders who held their shares on that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
