Crest Micro Life Insurance Concludes Second AGM, Approves Financials and Elects New Directors

Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited successfully held its second annual general meeting on Jestha 23.
CEO Pratap Man Shrestha opened the session with a welcome speech and an overview of the company’s performance and future strategies.
The meeting unanimously approved key proposals, including the Board of Directors' report, financial statements for FY 2080/81, and the auditor's report. It also ratified the appointment of J.N. Upadhyay and Company as auditors for FY 2081/82.
Additionally, Ishworlal Shrestha and Sunita Maharjan were elected unopposed as directors representing Group 'B' shareholders.
