Conversion of Promoter Shares to Public Shares of Paschimanchal Finance Ltd. (PFC)
As per the approval given by NRB on 2071-03-24, SEBON on 2071-11-17 and Company Registrar on 2071-09-18 to Paschimanchal Finance Ltd., NEPSE has decided to convert its Promoter Shares to Public Shares which makes Promoter to Public ratio of 51% to 49% for the company effective from 2072-01-09.
