Conversion of Promoter Shares to Public Shares of Lumbini Bank Ltd.(LUBL)
As per the approval given by NRB on 2071-10-27, SEBON on 2071-12-24 and Company Registrar on 2071-11-26 to Lumbini Bank Ltd., NEPSE has decided to convert its Promoter Shares to Public Shares which makes Promoter to Public ratio of 51% to 49% for the company effective from 2072-01-09.
