Conversion of Promoter Shares to Public Shares of Bhrikuti Development Bank Ltd.
As per the approval given by NRB on 2071-03-03, SEBON on 2071-11-12 and Company Registrar on 2071-08-07 to Bhrikuti Development Bank Ltd., NEPSE has decided to convert its Promoter Shares to Public Shares which makes Promoter to Public ratio of 51% to 49% for the company effective from 2072-01-09.
