Conversion of Promoter Shares of NMB Microfinance; Shareholding Ratio To Be Changed To 51:49

A notice has been published by NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF) where the promoter shares conversion from the existing 60% - 40% will be changed to 51% - 49% as granted by Nepal Rastra Bank.

As of now, the company has 7,214,492 unit shares listed in NEPSE. Likewise, the shareholding structure consisted of promoters (60%) i.e. 43,286,95 units, and the public (40%) i.e. 2,885,797 units. Now, it will be converted to 51% promoter shares i.e. 3,535,100 units, and 49% Public shares i.e. 3,535,100 units.

Promoter shareholders must inform the company's head office within 35 days from the notice publication if they wish to retain their shares under the new structure.
