Civil Capital Markets to convene AGM on Kartik 22, 2076; Capital proposes 3.16% cash dividend

Civil Capital Markets will be convening its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 22, 2076 (November 08, 2019) at CTC Mall, Sundhara, Kathmandu from 10 AM onwards.
The 117th Board Meeting held on Ashwin 28, 2076 has decided on following agendas to be discussed in the AGM:
- Approval of proposed 3.16% cash dividend worth Rs 67.10 lakh (including tax).
- Discussion and approval of the Annual Report to be presented by the Board along with financial statements for the year.
- Appointment of auditor and fixation of remuneration for the same.
