Civil Bank rakes in profit of Rs 19.05 cr, an astounding 151.21% rise in Q3 earnings

Civil Bank Limited (CBL) has posted a stunning growth in profit for the third quarter of fiscal year 2071/72. The bank’s profit soared 151.21% to Rs 19.05 crore from Rs 7.58 crore reported in the corresponding period of last year.
Civil Bank also amassed huge amount of deposits in the Q3 of the ongoing fiscal year. Deposits collection reached Rs 25.95 arba from Rs 18.43 arba in the corresponding period last year.
The bank extended loans and advances of Rs 22.28 arba in the period whereas in the same period last year the figure stood at Rs 15.53 arba.
Civil Bank has a paid up capital Rs 2.88 arba.
The bank’s EPS stands at Rs 8.89 and its net worth per share is valued at Rs 112.85.
