Civil Bank Launches Cardless cash service; customers can now withdraw cash from ATM booth using Civil Smart app

Civil Bank has launched a cardless cash service following which customers can withdraw money from ATM booths using the bank’s mobile banking app Civil Smart.

Customers no longer need to use their ATM cards to withdraw cash at ATM booths; rather can do it via the bank’s MoBanking service by selecting the cardless cash option in the app. And obtaining OTP in their mobile number to be entered in the ATM machine, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 114 branches, 89 ATM terminals, and 6 extension counters throughout the nation.
