Citizens Bank to provide more safety and comfort to its Mobile banking Customers; can now reset their MoBanking PIN right from their home

Citizens Bank has started the mobile banking password reset service under which the customers no longer need to visit its branches for resetting their MoBanking password and can do the same easily via their registered mobile number.

The bank is also providing free mobile and internet banking services to its customers for the first year of opening their account so as to promote digital banking as much as possible, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 111 branches, 99 ATM booths and 104 branchless banking units under its network.
