Citizen Life Insurance Company Proposes 20% Dividend For FY 2081/82

Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited (CLI) proposes a 20% dividend for FY 2081/82.

The 125th Board of Directors meeting on Mangsir 24, 2082, has proposed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. A 20% cash dividend has been proposed. Thus, the cash dividend (including tax) is worth Rs. 1 Arba. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 5 Arba.

Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
