CG Recognizes Dedicated Employees Through Service Milestone Program

Chaudhary Group honored 263 long-serving employees through its “Employee Service Milestone Recognition Program” held at The Plaza, Lalitpur.

The event recognized employees who completed more than 10 and 20 years of service, while staff completing three years were also awarded appreciation certificates for their contribution and dedication to the organization.

Managing Director Nirvana Chaudhary said employees are the company’s greatest strength and credited their commitment and loyalty for the group’s national and international success. Director Sarika Chaudhary and senior officials also participated in honoring the employees.

The company stated that such initiatives aim to strengthen employee-friendly work culture, long-term career development, and a sense of belonging within the organization.
