Breaking Records: Nepal's Gold Market Hits All-Time High

Gold prices in Nepal maintained their strong upward momentum, reaching yet another record in the domestic market.

The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association reported that the price of fine gold jumped by Rs. 3,900, touching an all-time high of Rs. 221,700 per tola.

This surge marks a sharp increase from the previous day’s rate of Rs. 217,800 per tola, surpassing the earlier record set on September 22, 2025.

Similarly, tejabi gold witnessed a notable rise, climbing to Rs. 221,000 per tola from Rs. 217,100 per tola the day before.

The upward movement was not limited to gold; silver prices also edged higher, gaining Rs. 30 per tola to close at Rs. 2,680 per tola, up from Rs. 2,650 per tola previously.
