Bonus Shares of Prabhu Bank (PRVU) Deposited in Demat Accounts; Did You Get Yours?

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) has distributed the bonus shares for FY 2076/76 to the Demat accounts of its shareholders.
The company had distributed a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The meeting of the board of directors had proposed a 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend from the paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2076/77. Thus, the bonus shares amounting to Rs. 1.03 Arba and cash dividend amounting to Rs. 5.42 crores were distributed.
The same bonus shares are already listed in NEPSE and the agreement is already made with NEPSE and CDSC so the shares are all set for trading in the secondary market. Meanwhile, the company has requested investors to dematerialized their shares and receive their bonus shares if they have not done so yet. Furthermore, investors who have taken a margin loan against the shares of PRVU will have their bonus shares frozen under the name of the lending institution. Such investors should consult with their lending institutions for related procedures.
