45,14,381.60 unit bonus shares of Nepal Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (NLIC) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 26th AGM on 19th Poush, 2082, and endorsed a 21.05% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 5% bonus shares and 16.05% cash dividend (for tax purposes) . The same shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, NLIC has an LTP of Rs. 759.90 .
