Black-marketing lands Bharosa Pharmacy in trouble
KATHMANDU:
The central market monitoring team of the Department of Commerce and Supply Management (DoCSM) has recommended the police to file a case against Bharosa Pharmacy of New Baneshwor as it was found to be engaging in black-marketing.
During inspection today, the market monitoring team found that the pharmacy had inflated the price of surgical kit, IV cannula, among others by more than 43 per cent against the procured cost.
The team has recommended the police to file case as per the Black-marketing and Some Other Social Offenses and Punishment Act, according to the Department of Commerce and Supply Management.
