Bhrikutee development Bank profit surges by 48.41% in Q3

Bhrikutee development Bank limited has reported profit rise of 48.41% in the third quarter of the current fiscal year 2071/72.

According to the unaudited quarterly report published today, the development bank has stated that it has net profit of Rs 11.05 crore in the third quarter, up from Rs 7.46 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year 2070/71.

In the third quarter Bhrikutee net interest income has risen to Rs 22.70 crore from Rs 15.78 crore in the corresponding quarter.

It also mobilized Rs 6.16 arba in deposit and Rs 4.57 arba in loan as compared to Rs 5.29 arba in deposit and Rs 3.81 arba in loan in the corresponding quarter last year.

The bank’s non-performing loan ( NPL)  has also dropped to 0.33 percent, down from 0.61 percent in the corresponding  period of the previous fiscal year.

Its EPS (annualized) now stands at Rs 21.21and its net worth per share is priced at Rs 138.14.
