Ashok Kumar Agrawal Appointed Chairman of NIC Asia Bank

Ashok Kumar Agrawal has been appointed as the Chairman of NIC Asia Bank Limited following the 28th Annual General Meeting held on 18th Jestha 2083. He was unanimously elected to the Board of Directors from the promoter shareholders and subsequently appointed as Chairman for a four-year term by the board. He took the oath of office and confidentiality from Nepal Rastra Bank Governor Prof. Dr. Biswo Nath Poudel on the same day.

Agrawal is recognized for his extensive experience in banking, insurance, and the corporate sector, along with his leadership contributions to the country’s economic development. The bank expressed confidence that his strategic vision and leadership will help achieve greater milestones and elevate the institution’s reputation to new heights.
