Appointment of Directors in Synergy Finance Ltd.
Synergy Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE 0n 272-03-02 that the BOD Meeting held on 2072-01-10 has appointed Mr.Sashi Raj Bajracharya as a new Director of the company from Ordinary Shareholders side. Also, the BOD Meeting held on 2072-02-20 has appointed Mr. Shyam Prasad Shahi as a new Director of the company from ordinary shareholders side.
