Agricultural Development Bank Q3 profit rises 26.34%

Agricultural Development Bank has posted a net profit of Rs 1.01 arba for the third quarter of fiscal year 2071/72. The profit rose by 26.34% compared to Rs 80.05 crore reported in the third quarter of last fiscal year.    

The bank’s deposits increased to Rs 68.80 arba from Rs 66.34 arba reported in the third quarter of 2070/71. Likewise, loans and advances grew to Rs 64.21 arba from 54.50 arba in the corresponding period of last year.

The bank’s net interest income rose to Rs 3.52 arba and operating profit rose to Rs 4.22 arba.

Agricultural Development Bank’s paid up capital stands at 9.86 arba and the bank has Rs 6.22 arba in its reserve.

The bank’s EPS    stands at Rs 30.07, CD Ratio at 79.82% and NPL at 5.41%.
