80% Right Shares of City Hotel Limited Approved By SEBON

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the rights offering proposal of City Hotel Limited (CITY).
The company will be issuing 80% right shares worth Rs. 1.67 Arba through the issue of 13,192,000 (1: 0.80) units of right shares to its existing shareholders.
The current paid-up capital is Rs. 1.67 Arbas. After the adjustment of the proposed right share, i.e., 13,192,000 units, the company's paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 3.01 Arba.
Prabhu Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager.
As of writing, CITY closed at Rs. 907.70.
