6.5% Bonus Shares of Reliance Finance Limited Listed in NEPSE

6,84,454.11 units of bonus shares of Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 13th AGM on 31st Ashad and endorsed a 6.84% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Jestha 26 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.05 Arba. 6.5% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs 6.84 crores and 0.34% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 36.02 lakhs.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
RLFL closed at Rs. 311 yesterday.
