5% Bonus Shares of Nepal Hydro Developer (NHDL) Listed in NEPSE

1,59,965 unit bonus shares of Nepal Hydro Developer Limited (NHDL) have been Listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 16th AGM for FY 2078/79 on Poush 29 and endorsed a 5.02632% dividend. The company's meeting of the board held on 11th Mangsir 2079, proposed a 5.02632% dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 31,99,30,000. 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.59 crores and 0.02632% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 8.41 lakhs were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
NHDL closed at Rs. 384 yesterday.
