100% Right Shares of Rapti Hydro And General Construction Listed in NEPSE

61,27,938 unit right shares of Rapti Hydro And General Construction Limited (RHGCL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company issued a 1:1 ratio right share i.e. 61,27,938 units to its shareholders from 1st Ashadh, 2082 to 24th Ashad, 2082. Out of which only 54,23,827 units were allotted to the eligible shareholders of the company. The remaining 7,04,111 units of unsubscribed right shares were later sold through an auction from the 13th Shrawan, to the 20th Shrawan, 2082.
The same 61,27,938 units of right shares are now listed in NEPSE.
Muktinath Capital Limited was the company's auction manager.
