100% Right Shares of Civil Laghubitta listed in NEPSE

The 11,41,140 units right shares of Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CLBSL) have been listed in Nepse.

The microfinance company had issued the right shares in the ratio 1:1 to its shareholders. 11,41,140 units right shares were issued to shareholders from Shrawan 25. 11,608 promoter shares and 77,842 ordinary shares were unclaimed by shareholders. These shares were then auctioned.

After the right shares issued and the auction, the entire shares have now been listed in NEPSE. The shares are tradable from the upcoming session.

As of writing, Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CLBSL) has a market price of Rs. 722.
