10% Bonus Shares of Prabhu Insurance Limited (PRIN) Now Listed in NEPSE

10,56,274.844 unit bonus shares of Prabhu Insurance Limited (PRIN) are now listed in NEPSE.
Prabhu Insurance convened its 25th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman on Jestha 6, 2078. The AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 10% bonus shares and 0.53% cash dividend to its shareholders.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. After the adjustment of bonus shares, the company's paid-up capital is now Rs 1.16 Arba. As of writing, the ordinary shares of PRIN have an LTP of Rs. 960.
