1.89 lakh units promoter shares of Progressive Finance & 98,000 units promoter shares of Naya Nepal Laghubitta converted to ordinary

1,89,000 units promoter shares of Progressive Finance Limited has been converted into ordinary shares today. Likewise, 98,000 units promoter shares of Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited has been converted into ordinary shares.
This conversion has left the shareholding structure of promoter and general public for both the companies at 51:49.
