Mr. Keshav Prasad Lamsal has been appointed as new director of NIC ASIA Bank by 571st meeting of board of directors, effective from 2079/07/02 . Mr. Lamsal has been appointed in place of Mr. Nikunj Agarwal for remainder of the period Mr Agarwal was due to hold the office of director.
