APPOINTMENT OF BOARD MEMBERS IN NIC ASIA BANK LTD.

NIC Asia Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-06-02 that the 20th Annual General Meeting of the company held on 2074-05-30 has appointed new Directors representing from Promoter Shareholders side: Mr. Jagadish Prasad Agrawal, Mr. Tulsi Ram Agrawal and Mr. Ram Chandra Shanghai.Likewise,from ordinary shareholders side, Mr. Rajendra Prasad Aryal, Binod Kumar Pyakurel, Mr. Aditya Kumar Agrawal(from Asian Distributors Pvt. Ltd.) were appointed as new Directors of the company.
