NRB Approval of Bonus Shares of Pokhara Finance Ltd.

Pokhara Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-20 at 02:50 PM that the proposed 48.5% Bonus Shares and 2.55% Cash Dividend has been approved by NRB on 2072-06-18 which subject to the approval from its upcoming AGM.
