Elects New Board Members and Appoints New Chairman [NADEP]
The Annual General Meeting elected the following Board members:
Mr. Tekraj Bhatta – Representative of Nabil Bank Ltd.
Mr. Krishna Prasad Neupane – Representative of DEPROSC Nepal.
Mr. Bhesh Raj Gautam – Representative of Lumbini Development Bank Ltd.
Dr. Bhirgurishi Duwadi – Founder Shareholder Representative.
Ms. Sita Luitel – Representative of Public Shareholders.
After the Annual General Meeting, the newly elected Board, at its 238th meeting, unanimously elected Mr. Tekraj Bhatta as Chairman of the Board of Directors
