ICFC Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-24 that the register of their shareholders will remain close on 2072-07-12 for the purpose of issueing Rights Shares in the proportion of 2:1 to their Shareholders as approved by its 11th Annual General Meeting held on 2071-08-16.
